Stock Trading Crews Under The BlackFlag

We are currently working on a new feature for our members to explore and take charge of their stock trading adventures by implimenting managed and moderated groups known as Stock Trading Crews under the BlackFlag.

Each Crew will be given a ship's name and each Crew member shall have voting rights to manage the crew assets. Once per quarter, the Crew members shall meet online to discuss current positions as well as new opportunities.

BlackFlag Asset Management shall serve as the moderator of the meetings, but the Crew members shall manage the affairs.

Each stock position held by the Crew shall be reviewed, with each Crew member given an opportunity to vote to either sell and close the position, add to the position or hold fast.

Each Crew member shall retain an equal share and voting interest in all decisions made by the Crew and therefore equally guide the ship through the adventures ahead.

Once all current positions have been reviewed and voted on, each Crew member shall have an opportunity to present new opportunities for positions to be considered. Due to margin requirements for short positions, only long positions shall be considered and opened. Stocks to be considered for new positions must be listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ.

The funds available for Stock Trading Crews shall come from members joining the Crew. BlackFlag Asset Management shall manage the assets as directed by the Crew and provide distributions to the Crew as the Crew votes and deems appropriate.

If reasonable circumstances arrise and Crew members deem it necessary to convene a special session to discuss current and future positions, a special session shall be coordinated as quickly as possible. If a member is not available for the special session, they will be contacted with details so they may vote on proposed changes.
